Article 3: Order Conditions

To place an order, customers must be of legal age and have full legal capacity.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, LovyNest will inform the customer by email as soon as possible and issue a refund within fifteen (15) days if applicable.

Article 4: Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (TTC).
They may be changed at any time without prior notice. Shipping fees are indicated before the order is finalized. Any applicable customs or import duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 5: Payment Terms

Payments may be made using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or Stripe.
For credit card payments, the customer's card is charged upon order confirmation.
An invoice will be sent by email once the order is confirmed.

Article 6: Delivery

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order.
Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

LovyNest shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to an event of force majeure as recognized under French case law.

Article 13: Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to use the website in good faith and to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in suspension of service.

Article 14: Modification of the GTCS
